• The file that you have downloaded is a .rar file so it must be extracted first
• Once open, it will look like this

• Install IllustratorPortable.exe in that folder, and follow the installation steps. Don't forget to point the installation folder to a place that is easy to find (example: stored in data D: )
• After successfully installing, go straight to the folder that you have pointed at in the previous D data, look for the folder name "IllustratorPortable"
