How To Brighten Skin Easily | Tips from TikTok's FYP

Hi, this time I want to share about skincare, especially tips on how to brighten dull and dark skin on your body.

Recently, I have had fun using the TikTok app and have liked the content that appears on my "For Your Page (FYP)" recommendations. There is one content that is useful and makes me curious to try it, whether it works or not if I try it myself.

After I watched it step by step and tried it, so here are tips on How To Brighten Skin Easily, inspired by my TikTok's FYP.

STEP 1:

Make a scrub mixture, consisting of:

  • Body Scrub, you can get it on Amazon

  • Olive Oil, I use this olive oil for my ingredient mixture

  • Puree the oats, you can use a blender to smooth it. Then mix with 2 other ingredients, for better results.
I use these oats to makes my scrub.

STEP 2

Mix all the ingredients above, with a ratio of 1: 1 or can be adjusted as needed. If you want more olive oil, you can change the ratio to your liking.

After the scrub is done, apply it to the parts you want to brighten up, or the parts of your body that you find dull and dark. Use this scrub before taking a shower. And don't use this scrub on your face, because facial skin is usually more sensitive.

After you have applied it to your skin, wait about 15 minutes or until the scrub dries.


STEP 3

Once the scrub is dry, you can clean it by rubbing it with your hands. Do not be too hard when rubbing, because the fine hairs on your skin can be pulled out and cause a burning feeling.

You can do the cleaning process in the bathroom. Because if you do it in the bedroom or other room, of course, you have to sweep the scrub that's mixed with your dead skin.


STEP 4

When it is clean, rinse your body then take a shower. Use a bath soap that can help brighten, such as a bath soap containing goat's milk. Or you can use milk to rinse your body in the shower. This is to maximize your skin lightening process.

STEP 5

After you finish bathing, don't forget to use lotion to keep your skin moist, and use sunscreen to protect your skin from exposure to UV rays.

Do the steps above regularly, 1 to 3 times a week. Then see the results, your skin will be brighter. Even at home and rarely going out of the house, your skin should still be radiant and healthy.
